About the Training Facility
Midwest Iron Addicts started as a simple idea: bring together people across the Midwest who share a true passion for weight training and fitness. What began as an idea has grown into reality, and today Midwest Iron Addicts is a fully established LLC, with our first training facility proudly located in Walcott, Iowa.

Our Walcott location is built for serious training in a safe, no-nonsense environment. Members enjoy 24/7 secure access, along with around-the-clock security surveillance, so you can train confidently on your schedule.

The facility is fully equipped to support strength training, fat loss, and overall performance. We offer multiple cardio options, including treadmills and ellipticals, dumbbells exceeding 150 lbs, squat racks, cable fly machines, flat and incline presses, and over a dozen functional training machines designed to challenge all fitness levels.

New to the gym or unfamiliar with the equipment? No problem.
Every new member receives one FREE fitness assessment with our certified personal trainer(s). During this session, we’ll sit down, discuss your goals, and create a clear path to help you reach them.
